STAY ITALIAN is a noticeboard of homes rented out directly by their hosts.

Choose a home and dates
See availability and a price estimate straight away, line by line.

Message the host
Leave your name and contact details: the request reaches the host straight away. Then write on WhatsApp or by email with a ready-made message.

Get the offer and pay the host
You agree price and terms with the host, and pay them directly by the method they suggest.

Your host welcomes you
On arrival your host meets you in person or sends you instructions to let yourselves in, and stays on hand for your whole stay.
Who lists the homes
Each home is listed by its host, a private person who rents it out directly. On the home's page you can see who they are, the house rules and the terms they apply.
What STAY ITALIAN does
It shows the homes, the availability read from the hosts' calendars and a price estimate. With the request form it sends the host your name, contact details and the estimate, and prepares the message for you to send on WhatsApp or by email.
What it does not do
STAY ITALIAN does not confirm bookings, take payments or keep your data: it forwards your request for information to the host. Negotiation, contract and payment happen directly between you and the host, who replies in person.
The price
The price on the website is an estimate based on the host's rates: the final price is in the offer the host sends you.
